I am available to tutor Spanish 1 and Spanish 2. My studies abroad and extensive travel have given me the hands-on experience to learn what works and what doesn't when learning a new language. Applying my knowledge to assist others in learning Spanish is what sets me apart from other tutors. Most of the Spanish that I learned was while studying in Chile and Spain and while traveling through Central and South America. These experiences allowed me to learn first-hand how Spanish speakers enunciate and apply that when tutoring a student. My tutoring style consists of setting up the basics of the language. We will go step-by-step through the more challenging concepts and break down the sentence while learning how to enunciate the words. I believe that it is important to get a grasp on the basics of the language before taking on the more complex parts.I graduated from the University of Wyoming with a bachelor's degree in International Studies and Spanish. Currently, I am in the graduate program for Student Affairs. Once I finish, I will be able to work with international students in college. When I am not tutoring, I can be found daydreaming of places to travel, exploring the mountains in Wyoming, cooking, and reading.
